Ready-Made Items
If you purchase a ready-made product and decide it’s not for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Custom Orders
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made orders.
